We work as a team and we’re proud of the difference we make to customers, to local communities, and towards a sustainable future for the world. We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator based out of our Yate depot.

Why Aggreko? Here are some of the perks and rewards:

  • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme, which helps promote and support a healthy lifestyle

What you’ll do:

  • Coordinate and manage on-time movement of equipment to/from the Yate warehouse for local and global events—liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners to prioritise and expedite deliveries.
  • Own TRA and GRN processes for outgoing and incoming kit: raise and chase TRA paperwork, perform timely count-in and GRN, and produce clear discrepancy reports.
  • Source and procure service parts and consumables — obtain quotations, raise i2B requisitions, and work with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly.
  • Maintain accurate asset ownership and fleet records: update M3 and the fixed asset register, complete asset transfer/disposal/reinstatement forms, and reconcile with Finance.
  • Operate and maintain an outbound tracker to provide tight control and visibility of equipment locations, ensuring ownership accuracy and audit readiness.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly motivated, “can-do” team player with the confidence to work on your own initiative and take ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
