We’re looking for an experienced Global Head of Product to lead the strategic development, management, and global direction of our HVAC & OFACompressor product lines. As Global Head of Product for HVAC/OFA, you’ll lead the strategic direction of one of our critical product lines — driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success Globally.

What you’ll do:
Collaborating with regional teams to develop product roadmaps for HVAC and OFA Compressor lines, prioritizing new products, enhancements, and innovations based on business cases, customer insights, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
Driving rapid execution of these roadmaps to ensure successful product launches.
Managing the entire product lifecycle—from initial evaluation and business case development to sourcing, launch, and ongoing performance.
Partnering with marketing, sales, and operations teams across regions and central functions to deliver commercially successful products.
Owning product line performance and ensuring investment decisions yield strong returns.
Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing product management team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
Strong commercial and/or product management experience in the HVAC and OFA compressor sector for industrial applications.
Comprehensive understanding of the full product lifecycle, from business case and customer insight through to launch and ongoing performance.
Commercial experience in industrial or solution-based environments.
Experience working within complex global organizations, aligning local market needs with global product strategies and ensuring consistent delivery across regions.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadership and executive teams.
A collaborative and inclusive leadership style, with a passion for building high-performing teams and creating an environment where individuals can thrive.
