We’re looking for an experienced Global Head of Product to lead the strategic development, management, and global direction of our HVAC & OFA product lines. As Global Head of Product for HVAC/OFA, you’ll lead the strategic direction of one of our critical product lines — driving innovation, customer impact, and commercial success globally. This is a high-profile role offering autonomy, visibility, and the chance to make a real difference in the global energy transition. What you’ll do:
- Shaping and executing global product strategies for our HVAC and OFA product lines — ensuring they align with customer needs, market trends, and Aggreko’s wider business goals.
- Leading the full product lifecycle — from early concept and market research through to product development, launch, and ongoing performance.
- Partnering with cross-functional teams across engineering, marketing, sales, and operations — bringing together regional and central teams to deliver commercially successful products.
- Defining product roadmaps and prioritising new features, improvements, and innovations — based on customer insight, market intelligence, and competitive analysis.
- Owning the product line budget and driving financial performance — ensuring investment decisions deliver strong returns.
- Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing product management team — creating a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Significant experience in defining and delivering product strategy, within the HVAC, OFA or a related sector.
- A strong understanding of the full product lifecycle, from initial market research and customer insight through to development, launch, and ongoing product performance.
- Commercial acumen and sound judgement to inform strategic decisions on whether to build in-house, buy off-the-shelf, or form partnerships – always with a focus on customer value and return on investment.
- Experience of operating within a complex, global organisation — aligning local market needs with a global product strategy and ensuring consistency of delivery across regions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage at all levels, including senior leadership and executive teams.
