We are currently looking for a Finance Project Manager to join our Finance Centre of Excellence.
As the Finance Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering Finance projects on time, within scope, and budget, ensuring alignment with Aggreko’s strategic objectives and governance standards.
This role involves leading and managing Finance projects from initiation through to successful delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. You will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues while collaborating closely with Finance process owners, IT teams, and other business units to clearly define and meet project requirements.

What you’ll do:
- Lead finance projects ensuring adherence to project management methodologies and governance frameworks.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and issues, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with finance teams, IT, and other business units to define and meet project requirements.
- Track and report on project benefits, risks, dependencies, and outcomes at project and portfolio levels.
- Lead and coordinate change management activities including stakeholder engagement, communication planning, training coordination, and adoption monitoring.
- Maintain project documentation according to Aggreko’s standards and ensure appropriate storage on SharePoint.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Experience managing finance or business-related projects, preferably in a corporate or energy sector environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently.
- Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office suite, including MS Project or equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience in change management practices including stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption strategies.
- Ability to anticipate issues, solve problems, and provide practical, innovative solutions.
