We’re looking for an ERP Analyst, based in Glasgow, to enhance our back-office ERP platform and connected systems by driving automation and innovation across critical business functions.

What you’ll do:

  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for ERP/back-office systems
  • Solve complex problems leveraging the latest technologies
  • Lead continuous improvement efforts using a automate first approach
  • Manage solution delivery, from detailed specifications to implementation
  • Produce documentation and deliver training for global teams
  • Ensure governance and compliance across business processes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and senior business leaders

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong ERP experience, ideally with Infor M3 CloudSuite (multi-tenant)
  • Deep understanding of core business processes (Rental Management, Procurement, etc)
  • Proven incident and problem management experience
  • Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset
  • Excellent communication skills, especially with non-technical audiences
  • Demonstrated automate first improvement capabilities
  • Experience in fast-paced, operational environments
  • Degree or equivalent work experience
  • ERP certified at Associate or Professional level
