In deze rol leid je het Record to Report‑Lead, zorg je voor nauwkeurige financiële rapportages en fungeer je als de belangrijkste schakel tussen interne stakeholders en ons Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) RTR‑team.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
- Fungeren als het aanspreekpunt voor het Business Process Outsourcing RTR‑team
- Voorbereiden van handmatige ad‑hoc journaalposten en correcties
- Uitvoeren van analytische reviews van de balans
- Valideren van balansafstemmingen
- Controleren & valideren van WHT- en BTW‑rapportages
- Voorbereiden van GAAP‑reconciliaties
- Opstellen en indienen van lokale wettelijke rapportages
- Aanleveren van informatie aan belastingautoriteiten, toezichthouders en externe auditors
- Aanleveren van informatie voor Transfer Pricing‑documentatie en disclosures
Wat we zoeken:
- Een accountant met minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring
- Diepgaande expertise in Record to Report (RTR) processen, inclusief maandafsluiting en financiële rapportage
- Ervaring met auditbegeleiding en naleving van interne controles & risicobeheer
- Vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, met sterke zelfmotivatie en verantwoordelijkheid
- Geavanceerde analytische vaardigheden en probleemoplossend vermogen, met focus op nauwkeurigheid en procesoptimalisatie
