What You’ll Do:
- Product Strategy Development: Define and communicate product vision and roadmap aligning with business strategy, identify market opportunities, customer needs, and key skills for delivery.
- Product Planning: Secure business sponsorship and resources for new product launches, own product lifecycle from business case to succession, ensure global specs (technical & sustainability) and recommend make‑or‑buy decisions.
- Product Execution: Lead cross‑functional teams to source and deliver products on time, within quality and cost targets, accountable for team outcomes aligned with product strategy.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as Voice of Customer, engaging regional customers, suppliers, executives, sales, and developers; gather feedback, manage expectations, and build a regional product management community.
- Competitive Advantage & Analysis: Monitor competitive landscape, industry trends, and market drivers; maintain strategic supplier relationships and identify new market opportunities.
