Based in Glasgow, you will play a pivotal leadership role in shaping and delivering Aggrekoâs global IT service and infrastructure strategy. Reporting to the CIO, youâll ensure our technology foundations are secure, reliable, scalable, and capable of supporting our fast-evolving global business.

What youâll do:
- Lead the strategy and day-to-day delivery of Aggrekoâs global IT infrastructure and service operations, including our service desk, ensuring technology enables people to do their best work.
- Guide the evolution of our network, cloud, data centre, and end-user computing platformsâmaking sure they are secure, reliable, scalable, and designed with the future in mind.
- Inspire, coach, and develop a diverse global team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellent customer service, with a strong focus on âshift-leftâ ways of working.
- Develop trusted relationships with key vendors, working collaboratively to unlock innovation, maximise value, and ensure responsible management of third-party spend.
- Establish clear governance and ways of working in partnership with Enterprise Architecture and IT Security, maintaining ISO27001 certification and supporting SOX compliance.
- Ensure strong performance across core ITIL processes, including Major Incident and cyber incident response, helping the organisation stay resilient in critical moments.
- Use service insights, SLAs, KPIs, and automation to enhance service quality, efficiency, and user experience over time.
