Bring your energy to Aggreko as Engineering Administrator based in Dumbarton. You’ll support the Engineering function by managing part creation, Bills of Materials (BOMs), and engineering change processes, ensuring accurate data and smooth coordination across teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and coordinate creation of new parts in PLM/ERP systems.
  • Support development and maintenance of Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Facilitate Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and ensure correct approvals.
  • Liaise across Engineering, Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, and Quality to resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate documentation on part specifications, revisions, and change history.
  • Prepare and distribute Engineering Change Notifications.
  • Support continuous improvement in part data and change control.
  • Provide general administrative support to Engineering.
