We’re looking for a Benefits Specialist to join our team in Glasgow (Hybrid). The Benefits Specialist will support the Senior Benefits Manager with benefit and well-being programme design and management, including, but not limited to, retirement; medical and dental insurance; life, disability, and accident cover; well-being benefits such as an EAP and virtual doctors; company car governance; and voluntary benefits and perquisites.

What you’ll do:
- Administer employee benefit and well-being programmes and work and build strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
- Identify and implement scalable process-efficiencies and continuous improvements.
- Provide support to new and ongoing projects for benefit and well-being initiatives, including the evaluation of programme effectiveness, monitoring market trends and changes in legislation, and tracking employee engagement.
- Conduct employee surveys and analyse data to create and implement programmes that are competitive, relevant for the organisation, and in line with our guiding principles.
- Ensure relevant internal stakeholders are updated of all benefit and well-being-related developments that impact their areas of the business.
- Support the ongoing evolution of the benefit and well-being programmes by contributing to global initiatives, including but not limited to benefits technology implementation, communication and engagement initiatives, data and reporting, AI etc.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- A knowledge of international benefits principles and practices.
- Experience of administering benefits plans, including online flexible benefits platforms.
- Experience in drafting and launching employee communication initiatives, ability to adapt communication style to audience and subject matter.
- Data and analytical skills with the ability to both present and analyse data.
- A keen interest in market and technological developments (e.g. AI).
