We’re looking for a Lead Qualification Specialist, based in Cannock.

What you’ll do:
- Prospect, Nurture & Qualify: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities using a range of channels.
- Lead Generation: Proactively engage potential clients through outbound calls to qualify leads and generate new business opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with our sector sales plans.
- Collaborate: Work closely with Aggreko’s Marketing and Sales teams to achieve common goals.
- CRM Management: Maintain and enhance our CRM database to ensure high data quality.
- Track & Measure: Monitor and maintain our lead database, tracking progress and measuring effectiveness.
- Customer Relationships: Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated experience in lead nurturing and generation using both internal and external data.
- Proven experience in outbound sales, including cold calling, prospecting, and lead conversion, demonstrating a track record of achieving targets.
- A collaborative individual who thrives in working across Sales and Marketing teams.
- Strong market research skills to identify and act on emerging trends and opportunities.
- Proficient in CRM software and other sales technology tools; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
