We’re looking for a Logistics Coordinator based out of our Yate depot.

Responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and manage on-time movement of equipment to/from the Yate warehouse for local and global events—liaising with internal teams and external logistics partners to prioritise and expedite deliveries.
- Source and procure service parts and consumables — obtain quotations, raise i2B requisitions, and work with Procurement to ensure purchase orders are issued promptly.
- Maintain accurate asset ownership and fleet records: update M3 and the fixed asset register, complete asset transfer/disposal/reinstatement forms, and reconcile with Finance.
Essential experience includes:
- Experience with a Service Mobility ERP system — able to navigate and use ERP tools day-to-day to manage workflows and assets.
- Strong planner and organiser with excellent time-management skills, flexibility to work extended hours, and willingness to travel when required.
- Highly analytical with advanced Excel proficiency, excellent keyboard skills, and strong overall computer literacy for accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Clear, professional verbal and written communicator with a commitment to safety, accuracy, and delivering high-quality results.
