Were looking for a Senior Global Benefits Manager to join our business. This role will lead the review, design and implementation of global benefits & wellbeing strategies that align with Aggrekos overall goals and objectives. The Senior Global Benefits Manager is responsible for the design, administration, and management of Aggrekos benefits programmes across more than 60 countries.
Job description:
This role ensures that benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, cost-effective, and aligned with company culture and colleague needs. As a subject matter expert, the role partners with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver an exceptional benefits experience globally. This role reports to the Head of Reward and manages a team of 5 across our regions. What youll do: Lead the review, design and implementation of global benefits & wellbeing strategies that align with Aggrekos overall goals and objectives, considering local regulations, market practices and cultural differences. Accountable for managing our global benefits portfolio and wellbeing programmes and identifying areas for process-efficiencies and continuous improvement. Partner with external vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, manage relationships, and ensure the optimal value and highest quality of service at all times. Leadership of the International Benefits team to ensure a clear vision, priorities and guidance throughout. Act as Go-To Advisor for all benefit related queries and opportunities, keeping relevant business stakeholders updated throughout. Create and implement communication strategies to educate employees about their benefits options, ensuring they understand the value and usage of the programmes available to them. Drive simplification and standardisation in everything we do, using design thinking when we develop strategies for colleagues to understand and access benefits globally. Use insight from benefits data to develop and implement global approach to colleague wellbeing.
Required profile:
Proven track record of delivering high profile global benefits projects on time & within budget. Strong analytical and storytelling skills when preparing and presenting benefit plan recommendations to senior management. Extensive pension and medical plan knowledge, both in terms of international market norms as well as managing internal governance structures. Design and creation of multinational online flexible benefits platforms. Experience preparing multinational benefit harmonisation integrations following corporate acquisitions. Experience managing a team of benefits professionals.
