We’re looking for a Program Manager to join the team at our Lomondgate site. The new Program Manager will enhance the execution speed and quality of product road-maps across global product lines. This role involves close collaboration with Product Managers and regional stakeholders to deliver a growing portfolio of new products and life-cycle management initiatives. The Program Manager will implement best practices for consistent, efficient program execution and provide clear visibility and communication of progress, risks, and issues.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead and manage the global project management office to standardize project execution worldwide.
  • Support regional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and according to Aggreko standards.
  • Assist sales with accurate project management scope and cost estimates for bids and tenders.
  • Define and document project management processes within the Operations Quality Management System.
  • Collaborate with engineering and project teams to align design processes with project schedules and risk mitigation.
  • Coach and mentor project managers, fostering accountability and capability development to international standards.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience managing complex, cross-functional product programs, preferably in hardware, industrial equipment, or energy sectors.
  • Proven ability to coordinate multiple product lines simultaneously with solid knowledge of Stage-Gate, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of influencing all levels and simplifying complex information.
  • Proficient in program management tools like Microsoft Teams and SharePoint, with comfort in financial tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Hands-on, self-motivated leader with excellent interpersonal skills and ownership mindset to meet and exceed targets.
  • High cultural awareness and growth mindset, adapting across regions and continuously seeking personal and business development.
