We’re looking for a Manufacturing Engineer based out of our Dumbarton Manufacturing Facility.

What you’ll do:

  • Take combined ownership of production KPIs and drive performance improvements
  • Lead corrective actions with teams using structured problem-solving techniques
  • Identify and implement process improvements across production and subcontract suppliers
  • Manage and update CAD drawings, technical documentation, and work instructions
  • Optimize line balancing and production flow to enhance efficiency and support NPI success

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • BSc in Engineering discipline – Mech. Engineering/Manufacturing Systems/ Quality/Mechatronics (Desirable)
  • Hands-on experience in manufacturing with strong knowledge of quality, production methods, and Lean principles
  • Skilled in mechanical assembly and proficient in CAD, ideally with Creo/3D CAD expertise
  • Involved in NPI processes with PFMEA experience; project management skills are a plus
  • Strong problem-solving, planning abilities, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Quality-driven mindset with pride in delivering work that meets high standards and compliance
