Bring your energy to Aggreko as Benefits Administrator based in Glasgow on a 6 Month FTC. You’ll support the global benefits team by automating and streamlining administration, improving colleague-facing materials, and strengthening governance through accurate tracking, documentation, and data management.
What you’ll do as Global Benefits Administrator:
- Review and improve benefits administration processes across regions, supporting the design of efficient, standardised and increasingly automated workflows.
- Create and maintain global benefits documentation, including process maps, inventories, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Draft and update colleague communications and materials (including guides, FAQs, and onboarding resources) to improve understanding and engagement with benefits.
- Support vendor and financial administration, including invoice processing, cost tracking, and reporting on spend and trends.
- Maintain accurate data, trackers, and governance documentation while supporting wider global benefits projects, audits, and initiatives.
You are:
- Experienced in administration, ideally with exposure to international benefits and flexible benefits platforms.
- A strong communicator with experience drafting clear, engaging employee communications tailored to different audiences.
- Data-driven, with the ability to analyse information and present insights clearly.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with experience managing processes, documentation, and multiple stakeholders.
- Curious and forward-thinking, with an interest in market developments and technology.
