We’re looking for Inventory Assistants based in Doncaster, to manage materials ordering, deliveries, and inventory processes that support operational efficiency across Europe.

What you’ll do:

  • Receive delivered goods and ensure correct processing and storage.
  • Process incoming orders and prepare for transport.
  • Arrange transport and manage associated tasks.
  • Handle returning goods from projects accurately and efficiently.
  • Perform, check, and correct random stock counts regularly.
  • Provide ad-hoc support as instructed by the Inventory Lead or AES Manager.

You’ll have the following skills and experience:

  • Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across all levels.
  • Self-motivated, commercially aware, and focused on delivering results.
  • Understanding of inventory lifecycles, MRP principles, and ERP systems.
  • Stress-resistant and adaptable to ad-hoc changes.
  • Must have a Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Collaborative team player.
