The Opportunity
Ready to make a real impact on company culture and drive strategic people initiatives? We’re looking for a People Partner to join our team and help align HR strategies with business goals. You’ll work closely with managers and employees throughout the employee lifecycle, providing guidance, coaching, and support to create a high-performance, engaging work environment.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with teams to align people plans with business strategy.
- Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
- Advise on organisational changes, including restructures and acquisitions.
- Manage talent processes, including performance reviews and succession planning.
- Drive employee engagement and coach managers to enhance team capability.
- Provide expert guidance on complex Employee Relations cases, from performance to grievances.
