The Opportunity Are you ready to take ownership of Bradstone’s growing eCommerce platform and shape the future of this leading brand? As our eCommerce & Digital Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in developing and executing our digital and eCommerce strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer journey. In this role, you’ll own and execute digital performance marketing, running targeted campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, SEO, and affiliate marketing to drive traffic and increase conversions. Managing website development projects will be key, working closely with external developers to improve site performance, functionality, and user experience. You’ll drive customer acquisition and retention, using data-driven strategies to optimise customer lifetime value and keep them engaged. Collaboration will be at the heart of what you do, ensuring marketing efforts align with brand storytelling and commercial objectives. You’ll oversee content creation, from product uploads and compelling descriptions to selecting high-quality imagery that strengthens brand identity.
