We are looking for an experienced and highly organised Operations Manager to join the Aggie’s team. This is a varied and rewarding role, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the charity and helping to ensure our team across the south of the UK can continue to provide vital support to the Naval Family. The successful candidate will play a key role in operational delivery, working closely with colleagues across the organisation to support systems, processes and projects that underpin our work. This is an exciting opportunity to join a charity celebrating 150 years of faithfully supporting serving personnel and their families. Key Information:
- Hours: 20-28 hours per week
- Flexible working hours, job share opportunities available and other employment benefits (including 5% employer pension contribution, employee assistance programme and generous annual leave package)
- Opportunity to join the small Headquarters Team based in our Portsmouth Office (Hampshire).
- Annual Salary: FTE £37,856 (based on 36 hours per week)
