This is not a role for someone who simply manages existing business.
We are seeking an individual who is energised by prospecting, uncovering opportunities, building relationships, and developing a territory with significant growth potential.
You'll spend approximately 80% of your time generating new business opportunities and developing a robust sales pipeline, with the remaining 20% focused on growing and strengthening existing customer relationships.

Mapping customer organisations to identify decision-makers, influencers, and new opportunities.
Developing strategic account plans to increase market penetration and customer intimacy.
Leading commercially focused conversations that challenge existing thinking and deliver value-based solutions.
Creating and maintaining a healthy pipeline that consistently delivers against territory objectives.
What We're Looking For We're interested in speaking with individuals who: Have a proven track record in sales, business development, or account management within healthcare, medical technology, imaging, diagnostics, or a related capital equipment environment.

Have a demonstrable track record of successfully selling capital equipment and high-value solutions, including managing long and complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders.
Enjoy developing business, identifying opportunities, and opening new accounts.

Whilst candidates from a medical imaging or radiology background would be particularly welcomed, we are equally keen to hear from high-performing sales professionals with a successful track record of selling capital equipment into healthcare environments who are looking to expand their careers into the imaging sector.
The successful candidate will become part of an experienced and successful UK & Ireland team, working with market-leading technology that is helping transform radiology services and patient care.
You will have the opportunity to: Own and shape a growth territory.
