Company description
As an X-Ray Field Service Engineer , you deliver technical support, maintenance, and repair services for Agfa Radiologys state-of-the-art imaging products. You will be travelling to customer sites and you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and servicing of imaging equipment and associated ICT/electrical equipment, to ensure the proper functioning and optimal performance of our products. You act as a liaison between Agfa Radiology Solutions and our customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and timely resolution of technical issues.
Responsibilities:- Work in cooperation with Agfas Shared Service Centre to carry out service, maintenance, updates and installation of products.
- Maintain all test equipment, tools and company property in good and working order and process spare parts in accordance with policy
- Expand your knowledge and that of colleagues and customers, ensuring continuous development and improvement
- Build relationships and maintain team working with all internal and external partners
- Adhere to regulatory requirements and companys policies and work procedures
- Identify and escalate situations impacting customer satisfaction and/or contractual obligations
- Work as part of a multidisciplinary team within the organisation to ensure achievement of goals
