The purpose of this role is to deliver field-based sales consulting to the AGFA Region North organisation (comprising UK, Ireland, Benelux, Netherlands and Nordics), customers and prospects.

The Sales Consultant supports the sales process: This role is specifically focused on supporting AGFA Healthcare new business strategies and engaging with existing and new customers to ensure the most clinically appropriate solution is offered. Customer Success and Customer engagement is a critical element of this role to assist the applications and service teams across Region North to deliver AGFA solutions as per client specifications.

In addition, the role also requires the clinical pre-sales consultant to provide customer facing or virtual clinical workflow and demonstrations alongside managing the demonstration environments with support from HQ colleagues.

The role also requires engagement with HQ Product management to ensure that our solutions fit market needs and release updates and strategies are translated to our existing and prospective customers.

Location:

  • The role will be based in the UK, but the candidate will support the countries within Region North (UK, Eire, Benelux, Netherlands, and Nordics)

What You\’ll Do:

  • Provide Clinical & Product knowledge Support to the AGFA Sales team and Business Managers
  • Bridge the gap between sales and product management to ensure that product releases and release management timelines are in line with market needs.
  • Provide Clinical and Product consultancy on the solution application and configurations to potential new and existing customers.
  • Perform customer presentations on new functionalities and workflows.
  • Perform on site and virtual support related to new product releases as part of Quarterly Partnership Reviews to existing customers.
  • Collect customer input from clients and colleagues to drive continuous customer success and product optimisation in collaboration with service teams.
  • Maintain demonstration equipment to latest versions and co-ordinate logistics for customer demonstrations and trade shows.
  • Demonstrate all or a combination of PACS, RIS and Cardiology applications to existing and potential customers.
  • Create and follow up on upselling opportunities with the Sales Team.
  • Act as the communication bridge between the core bid team and any consulted specialists.
  • Prepare documentation required for proposals, bids and contracts.
  • Complete bid forms and documentation where applicable within the Bid management tool.
  • Prepare and accompany reference-site visits with customers and prospects.
  • Prepare and Support trade fairs and represent AGFA HealthCare
  • Administer Local Demonstration equipment; the equipment should be kept up to date with latest versions. The equipment should be tested prior to any demonstration on site.
  • Prepare for and deliver outstanding customer facing demonstrations and presentations.
  • Prepare documentation for supporting bid submission, ensuring deadlines for any contribution are met.
  • Accountability for high technical quality and configuration of a proposal.
  • Accountability for a realistic and appropriate proposal scope.
  • Accountability for being knowledgeable and up to date on latest AGFA HE and competitors products & solutions.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Diagnostic Radiography or equivalent Clinical qualification and background.
  • Aligned Degree in Clinical or Biomedical Sciences may be considered.
  • 3-5 years Customer support or Pre-sales experience within Healthcare IT and/or Radiology is ideal but not mandated.
  • Clinical and Application knowledge of Radiology IT Solutions
  • PACS, RIS and Cardiology Imaging market knowledge
  • Radiology and Cardiology Imaging workflow knowledge
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
