The opportunity has arisen for a Trusts, Foundations & Philanthropy Officer to join our Fundraising & Marketing team. As a Trusts, Foundations & Philanthropy Officer, you will:
- Be responsible for developing and securing financial support from a diverse portfolio of charitable trusts, foundations, statutory funders, lottery funders and philanthropic supporters.
- Identify, cultivate, apply to and steward funders and donors, securing both restricted and unrestricted income to support Age Scotland's vital work.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organisation to develop compelling funding proposals, applications, impact reports, and cases for support, ensuring that funders and donors understand the difference their support makes.

The post will be Scotland-based, with a blend of office (Edinburgh-based) and home working. As a hybrid role, the intention is that office-based and external facing work will constitute 40% of working time over each month.
