Agenzia Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client based in St Ives working Monday to Friday, business to business hours. This is a 2 month contract which could be extended.
Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Receiving customer requests / tickets and raising cases
- Providing regular updates to external customers on the progress of faults
- Prioritising each fault to meet SLA’s including resource management
- Meeting customer’s SLA’s within the contracted timescales
- Controlling and directing field engineers and spares deliveries
- Tasking and tracking the work of our Technical Support Services team
- Ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete
- Providing ad hoc reports as required to senior colleagues and customers
- Ensuring Field Engineers complete outstanding fault reports
- Maintaining internal reports following engineer visits
- Arranging and coordinating access for various suppliers providing services
Skills and Experience of the Customer Service Specialist:
- Outstanding customer service skills

- Excellent communicator both written and verbal
- Helpful individual who always uses their own initiative
- Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines
