Agenzia Recruitment are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our client based in St Ives working Monday to Friday, business to business hours. This is a 2 month contract which could be extended.

Responsibilities of the Customer Service Specialist

  • In this full time role, you will be part of a team providing service support to our customers, from receipt of issue through to resolution.
  • You will be scheduling and allocating work and providing excellent support.
  • You will work collaboratively with our customers, field engineers and network management teams to ensure end to end ownership and to meet SLA’s.
  • Receiving customer requests / tickets and raising cases.
  • Providing regular updates to external customers on the progress of faults.
  • Prioritising each fault to meet SLA’s including resource management.
  • Meeting customer’s SLA’s within the contracted timescales.
  • Controlling and directing field engineers and spares deliveries.
  • Tasking and tracking the work of our Technical Support Services team.
  • Ensuring all Planned Preventative Maintenance is complete.
  • Providing ad hoc reports as required to senior colleagues and customers.
  • Ensuring Field Engineers complete outstanding fault reports.
  • Maintaining internal reports following engineer visits.
  • Arranging and coordinating access for various suppliers providing services.

  • Outstanding customer service skills.

  • Working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Computer literacy (including Excel and Outlook).

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Pay: £14.00 per hour
