- Oversee and facilitate a suite of operational processes on a cycle basis: -
- Service Reporting - to prepare, quality check and issue reports to Customers
- Sales Order Hygiene Practices - to enable accurate order processing and accounting
- To identify continuous improvements to the process suite and collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver enhancements, with an aim to improve quality and efficiency through automation.
Principal Accountabilities
- Operation of Order Hygiene Practices
- Run order tracking reports to track problematic orders
- Operate SAGE System Controls to ensure accurate and timely invoicing for customers, and to ensure delivery of revenue
- Monitor and adjust, where necessary, the data processing between TITAN and SAGE using TSi S mapping functions
- Facilitate further downstream corrective actions by key stakeholders to ensure completion of the hygiene practices before month end
- Keep the business updated on order quality, escalating issues as appropriate
- Operation of Service Reporting
- Collate monthly/quarterly service reports for customers by collaborating with internal stakeholders and combining multiple data sources
- Check integrity of reporting and gain internal sign-off
- Issuance of reports to customers and responding to arising reporting queries.
- Identify improvements to processes and controls, and capturing designs for change
- Gaining internal approval for enhancements
- Collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and deliver enhancements
- Follow our company Standard Operating Procedures and observing the MHRA Good Distribution Practice guidelines and GPh C principals and standards, including effective use of systems and technology.
- Adhere to our company Data Protection procedures; including the completion of annual training, using the provided secure ways to handle and dispose of data, and prompt reporting of any suspected data breaches.

Required Education, Experience and Skills
Experience
- Previous experience working on TITAN, SAGE, TSi S and WMS Red Ledge (preferred)
- Knowledge of departmental processes around Ashtons, particularly reporting
- Experience working with multiple department heads to reach a company wide goal
