The Senior Clinical Pharmacist at Agentis Health Group will perform a dual role, combining clinical pharmacy duties with managerial oversight of the Clinical Pharmacist team. They will report to the Regional Lead Pharmacist and oversee daily operations, training and mentorship to ensure services meet KPIs and SLAs.
They will lead in developing operational strategies, optimise resource and staff allocation, promote cross-functional collaboration, and drive continuous improvement across pharmacy.
