The Role
- Manage day-to-day press office
- Proactively secure media coverage, across print, broadcast and online outlets
- Write and distribute all relevant press materials
- Co-ordinate the press showroom and manage sample movement
- Work closely with the Director of Brand & Communications on external / third-party events & launch moments, alongside the VIP & Events Manager
- Support the Director of Brand & Communications to manage any external agencies & freelancers
- Support the VIP & Events Manager with any VIP appointments and amplification of all VIP-related activity
Key attributes
- Exceptional written and verbal skills
- Good understanding of fashion trends and designers, with a leaning towards the luxury and/or lingerie market
- Good contacts and a desire to network / create new relationships with the fashion media
- Strong multitasking skills and an ability to handle high-pressure situations and deadlines
- Minimum 3 years experience
