As our Integrated Graphic Designer, you’ll work closely with our Director of Brand & Communications and our Head of Creative to produce exceptional, standout designs across all internally generated creative materials, both on and offline. The successful candidate will support shaping the visual language across print and digital. A perfectionist’s eye for detail is crucial, and experience working within a multidisciplinary team is a huge advantage. The ideal candidate is proactive, organised and autonomous – able to leverage strong skills in creative ideas for digital and print channels, while also being comfortable executing an established brand vision without needing to drive creative direction. In addition to the primary duties, the successful candidate may be asked to take on broader group‑related tasks when required. Please note that this role is completely on‑site and does not offer hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- Lead creative execution for campaigns (slogans, tone, visual direction) in collaboration with key departments.
- Produce branded materials such as logos, templates, style guides, and image libraries.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels through asset management and resizing.
- Lead creative output for social channels, developing seasonal visual themes with the Digital Marketing team.
- Conceptualise and execute organic and paid social content in collaboration with the Social Media Manager.
- Support idea generation for micro‑shoots and social‑first content.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative, manage imagery across e‑commerce, B‑roll, and behind‑the‑scenes content.
- Design for social advertising and digital campaigns, including video/photo edits for socials.
- Deliver cohesive brand visuals across digital, print, and OOH platforms, ensuring strong alignment with brand identity.
- Support reasonable requests by the company.
- Work closely with the Head of Creative to manage packaging design and updates, ensuring alignment with timelines and priorities set by Production or the Marketing team.
- Present print ideas to the Head of Creative and the Marketing team for seasonal collateral.
- Brief and liaise with print suppliers to ensure high‑quality output.
- Create artwork for store windows, POS, and retail materials.
- Coordinate delivery schedules for campaign assets with VM and Creative Asset teams.
- Design and deliver digital assets for web, social, email, and advertising campaigns.
- Ensure quality control, optimisation for various devices, and alignment with trading goals.
- Support e‑commerce imagery through editing timelines and coordination.
- Independently manage time and priorities to ensure efficient delivery.
- Collaborate across teams on timelines and project plans.
- Own projects from start to finish with a proactive, solutions‑driven approach.
- Assist on‑set during shoots, learning and contributing to art direction, styling, and upholding brand visual standards.
- Help coordinate styling references, and file delivery to ensure smooth production and post‑production workflow.
- Support the images for retouching, consolidating feedback, downloading and organising.
- Contribute to maintaining an organised image library, ensuring accurate naming.
- Proactively learn and adapt with opportunities to take on more responsibility over time.
