The Role
- Provide administrative support to ensure our Franchise Partners and Wholesale accounts orders are processed and stock fulfilled accurately and on time.
- Provide analytical support within trading and sell-in analysis to contribute to meeting sales targets and maximise opportunities.
- Provide service excellence to our Partners and Customers in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily review of available stock for each account, working to collection and shipping parameters.
- Closing of manifests to prompt invoicing and dispatch of orders.
- Co-ordination of dispatches to customers in the UK, US and EU, ensuring on time deliveries.
- Maximises opportunities via available stock lists to contribute to driving sales.

- Proactive in approach with a “can do” attitude.
- Effective communicator and team player.
- Able to converse with partners both in writing and in person.

- Experience working within a fast pace role, preferential within retail fashion partnerships.
