The Role

  • Provide administrative support to ensure our Franchise Partners and Wholesale accounts orders are processed and stock fulfilled accurately and on time.
  • Provide analytical support within trading and sell-in analysis to contribute to meeting sales targets and maximise opportunities.
  • Provide service excellence to our Partners and Customers in line with our brand values.

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily review of available stock for each account, working to collection and shipping parameters.
  • Closing of manifests to prompt invoicing and dispatch of orders.
  • Co-ordination of dispatches to customers in the UK, US and EU, ensuring on time deliveries.
  • Maximises opportunities via available stock lists to contribute to driving sales.

About You

  • Proactive in approach with a “can do” attitude.
  • Effective communicator and team player.
  • Able to converse with partners both in writing and in person.
  • Well presented and embodies our Agent Provocateur Brand values.
  • Experience working within a fast pace role, preferential within retail fashion partnerships.
