The Role
We’re seeking an experienced Business Intelligence leader to join our founding team as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Co-Founder. You will spearhead our revenue strategy, build and lead our sales and marketing teams, and play a pivotal role in scaling Agent Intelligence into a market leader. This is a unique opportunity to co-found a company at the forefront of AgenticAI innovation, with significant ownership potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy to drive growth and market penetration.
- Build and lead high-performing sales and marketing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Establish strategic partnerships and customer relationships to accelerate adoption of our AgenticAI platform.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape product vision, go-to-market strategy, and company culture.
- Leverage your BI expertise to align our platform with market needs and customer expectations.
- Drive revenue through direct sales, channel partnerships, and scalable go-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to fundraising efforts, including pitching to investors and securing capital for growth.
Who You Are
- Proven leader in Business Intelligence sales with 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or related fields.
- Extensive startup experience, ideally in a leadership or founding role, with a track record of scaling revenue.
- Deep understanding of the BI market, customer pain points, and emerging trends in AI-driven analytics.
- Exceptional sales and negotiation skills, with a history of closing high-value deals.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to build and execute go-to-market plans in a fast-paced environment.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and ready to wear multiple hats as a co-founder.
- Strong network in the BI, SaaS, or tech startup ecosystem is a plus.
