We are a well established window manufacturing business based in Wellingborough and we are looking for an Operations Coordinator to coordinate the office team and work alongside the manufacturing operation.

- GBP30k per annum, more for those with fenestration experience.
- Constant day shift - 8.30am-5pm.
- 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays and pension.
Tell me more about the role. This role is the glue that links the customer, the office and the shop floor together - a proper operational lynchpin! Ideally you'll have some window design experience but it's not essential. Experience with stock systems, email and excel are key though.
This is a customer facing role. You'll liaise with tradespeople via phone and in person about their orders, manage expectations and deliver great customer service that maintains business and relationships. You'll also oversee design, finance and stock ordering. Errors cost money and you'll be the final check point.
You also need to be a respected leader. Someone who can motivate the shop floor and build relationships across the business.
