My client is a growing company based in Corby, they are one of the world’s leaders and pioneers in their field with manufacturing sites in different countries across the world. They are growing their Corby team and are now looking for a Logistics Administrator to play a pivotal role in their logistics team.
Your Responsibilities
- Working in the logistics department liaising with sales, production planning, and hauliers on all incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Coordinating external transport services for deliveries
- Creating and preparing internal shipping documents
- Accepting and coordinating incoming goods to the logistics department
- Creating delivery notes, invoices and customs documents
- Supporting stock take activities within the department
- Processing of sample shipments to our customers in close coordination with sales and production planning
What you bring with you:
- Experience in Logistics department in particular, shipping, customs documentation, stock taking and invoicing
- Confident handling of MS Office products and ERP systems
