Our client, based in Eastbourne, are currently recruiting for a Data Specialist to support them in migrating their data through to Power BI. They are seeking somebody to support them on a contract basis initially for 2-3 months. There is some opportunity for remote working, but presence on site is required also.
The role is to automate internal communications reporting, enabling live, accurate, and accessible data dashboards via Power BI, as well as produce Excel reports of this data in the interim. An understanding of HR data and processes will be advantageous as it is the main focus of this project. HR data is drawn from several different platforms and needs to be consolidated.
As such, the successful candidate will audit current reporting processes, streamline data sources, and build automated Power BI dashboards and Excel reports that provide real-time insights across HR and Internal Communications metrics. The aim is to minimise manual processes wherever possible and to create real-time dashboards for the business.
