Field Service Engineer LOCATION: Kent (South East) SALARY: Competitive REF: ALS3035 Are you a skilled Field Service Engineer with a passion for supporting industries that drive veterinary care and life-changing innovation? We’re partnering with a leading client who is looking to expand their established Service Team with an additional Field Service Engineer. This is a fantastic opportunity to work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment across the veterinary and life sciences sectors, delivering high-quality service and building strong client relationships. What we need from you: * Proven experience working with technical products, ideally within the laboratory, life sciences, or biomedical sectors. * Previous experience in a field-based engineering role within veterinary, medical, pharmaceutical, or life science industries. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. * Excellent customer service skills and a professional, can-do attitude. * A detail-oriented approach and high standards of accuracy. * Effective written communication and decision-making skills. * A full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel across the South East and potentially further when required. What the role involves: * Carrying out planned maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency repairs on a wide range of biomedical and veterinary equipment. * Installing and commissioning new equipment at client sites. * Producing clear service and validation reports using reporting software. * Building and maintaining strong client relationships through exceptional service delivery. * Collaborating with internal teams to communicate customer feedback and technical insights. * Attending training sessions to continuously grow your product and technical knowledge. * This is a field-based role, with all necessary tools, equipment, and a company vehicle provided. * You’ll work alongside a supportive and skilled team that’s passionate about making a difference in animal and human health
