We’re working with a powerhouse global advertising agency who are looking for an Account Director to join their thriving health advertising team. This is a key role working on a large, fast-paced account, partnering closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality creative work.

As Account Director, you’ll take a senior leadership role on a major health account, overseeing multiple projects simultaneously and ensuring work is delivered strategically, creatively, and to the highest standard. You’ll lead and mentor account team members while acting as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.

About You

  • Proven experience within health advertising is mandatory, ideally working on prescription pharmaceutical products.
  • Strong background in account leadership, with experience leading teams and/or line managing AMs and AEs, or managing multiple projects across a busy account.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once in a fast-moving environment.
  • Clear understanding of the creative process and how to deliver strong creative work in a regulated environment.
  • Candidates from a medical communications background are welcome, provided they have a clear ambition to move into creative advertising and a strong understanding of what this involves.
  • Experience working with production teams is a strong advantage.
  • US market experience would be a bonus.
