We are seeking an experienced and driven Event Promoter to lead the promotion, ticketing, and marketing coordination of our in-house brand events. The successful candidate will be responsible for filling events, driving ticket sales, managing listings, and working closely with the marketing teams to launch and optimise advertising campaigns. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who understands live events, nightlife, or entertainment promotion and knows how to turn strategy into sold-out shows.
Key Responsibilities- Event Promotion & Ticketing
- Own the end-to-end promotion of assigned event
- Set up and manage ticketing platforms, pricing tiers, and tracking link
- Monitor ticket sales performance and implement strategies to increase conversion
- Drive direct ticket sales through partnerships, outreach, and network activation
- Develop and execute initiatives to ensure events reach capacity
- Marketing & Advertising
- Work closely with the marketing team to brief, launch, and optimise paid ad campaigns
- Review ad performance data and suggest improvements to increase ROI
- Assist with audience targeting, campaign messaging, and budget allocation
- Ensure event pages and listings are fully optimised and accurate
- Content Creation
- Create engaging promotional content including captions, short-form videos, and visuals
- Coordinate content shoots where required
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Support social media rollout plans for event announcements and countdowns
- Event Listings & Partnerships
- List events across relevant platforms and directories
- Identify and invite influencers, brand partners, and key community figures
- Manage guest lists and promotional partnerships
- Build relationships to expand reach and audience growth
- Event Performance & Reporting
- Track promotional performance and ticket sales data
- Provide weekly updates on sales progress and campaign effectiveness
- Recommend new ideas to improve attendance and engagement
You must have proven experience in:
- Promoting and filling live events (nightlife, music, entertainment, or hospitality)
- Managing ticketing platforms and driving ticket revenue
- Working alongside marketing teams to deliver paid advertising campaigns
- Delivering measurable sales results
