Are you an articulate, ambitious and driven Business Development Executive? Do you have experience of outbound selling to Fortune 500 level companies (this is essential – minimum 2/3 years) and B2B sales of complex products and an inquisitive mind? If you have any experience working selling regulatory products then this would be a definite plus but isn’t essential. If you know the right questions to ask, at the right time, and can find the right person to speak to in an organisation then read on. If you’re looking for a new challenge in a growing and dynamic company with a global client base then this could be the role for you. This company is international with offices in the UK, Europe and the US, with household name clients (Google, L’Oréal etc). You do not need experience within their particular industry, as full training will be given, but an inquisitive and analytical mind, coupled with the following background is what they are looking for: KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE Proven track record of business development and lead qualification in a commercial (B2B) environment, focused at senior management, globally. Specific experience within a high price point subscription/membership sales business is an advantage. Demonstrable experience of nurturing and developing a strong pipeline of leads through to successful qualification Previous success at achieving or exceeding individual targets/goals. A competent communicator (written and oral), with experience of communicating effectively with senior management level prospects. Team player with the ability to develop effective internal working relationships. Experience of using tools such as Microsoft Dynamics, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and SalesLoft to identify new leads and drive performance. High levels of professionalism and personal drive, and the ability to work independently (remotely). Capacity for limited UK based travel Minimum five (5) years’ experience (ideally) in a front-line sales or business development role. The role: The position will focus on identifying, generating and developing a pipeline of well-qualified prospects for the companies highest-value range of subscription products and services to global companies. 1. To develop a high-volume and efficient pipeline of well-qualified prospects to be converted into new business by the BDM team. 2. Work collaboratively within the Sales team to drive new business which will be required to achieve individual, team and departmental targets. 3. Initiating cold outreach to target accounts 4. Activity to generate business will focus on outbound sales activities using a suite of research and sales engagement platforms 5. Become an expert on the companies full range of subscription products and services and be able to position them effectively to prospects. They offer a competitive salary and bonus structure with achievable targets, hours are 9-5 or 8- 4 and they offer 25 days annual holiday plus a good pension and private health care amongst other benefits.
