As our Junior Account Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day communication with your delegated clients, ensuring client satisfaction and leading digital marketing projects with support from our Senior Account Manager.

Winner of Digital Agency of the Year 2023 and Social Media Agency of the Year 2022, Social Chameleon is a rapidly growing London-based digital marketing agency. As we continue to grow, we\’re looking for a Junior Accounts Manager to manage some of our small‐to‐medium client accounts.

Qualifications

Strong project management and organisational skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Understanding of digital marketing principles and experience in account management

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite applications

Experience with project management tools

Ability to multitask in a fast‐paced environment

A degree or diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field (preferred but not essential!)

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in leading and managing digital marketing projects and campaigns
