You’ll advise a tech client on their positioning and proposition and help them to define and develop their employee values. This will involve researching, interviewing stakeholders, and working closely with senior clients. You’ll run workshops, generate insights and ideas, and lead creative briefings and idea sessions. Your input at the scoping stage will help shape the direction of the project, and you’ll be guided by insights, not just opinions.
