\n
\nYou’re passionate about people, access, and inclusion - you design with everyone in mind. But your skills don’t stop at design, you’re great at understanding the scope of a project, planning it (including budgeting), strategizing, managing clients, and overseeing the work in the studio. \n

\nYou’ll be a proven leader in this sector and will enjoy managing a team to produce great work. \n
\n
\nYou’ll be:\n
\n
\n• Producing, supervising and delivering design systems, guidelines, drawings, and specifications at the conceptual, tender and construction stages.\n

\n• Confidence in navigating both creative reviews and construction sites\n
\n• A good handle on accessibility, materials, and real-world application\n
\n• Fluent Adobe Creative Suite skills and solid attention to detail\n
