The facts: Live events and spaces are your thing. You have been running projects for a few years and want more responsibility, and bigger gigs. You want to be in a progressive environment where the agency strives to better themselves and where you’ll have plenty of opportunity to grow. You know how to charm a client and can keep them happy with regular updates, and fantastic outcomes to projects. You have managed budgets of all sizes, and don’t have trouble sticking to them. You’re also very organised – no email or paper trail slips through the cracks. You are up for travelling to some of the events you manage both abroad and closer to home. While you won’t be gone for months at a time, it can add up to about 3 months during the year. You’ll be: Running projects from start to finish. Travelling some of the events you manage, both within the UK and abroad. Good at using Microsoft suite (outlook, excel, word). You’ll have: 3-4 years’ experience as a project manager for live events. Great communication with your team, clients, stakeholders, and contractors.
