The facts: Collaboration is easily said, but here it is meaningful; whether that’s how this branding consultancy works with their clients on brand and business problems or how you work internally together as a small, focused, thoughtful team to solve the client challenge. This agency makes early and deep connections with their client’s brand implementers on the ground, to make sure that what they have created helps the business in a tangible way, whether that is growing sustainably, getting genuine, long-lasting engagement, clear momentum in expressing the brand or embracing big change. They work with global businesses (a lot in Europe), so you can develop your international understanding of brands and businesses too.
Day to day, you’ll be designing identities and brand toolkits and systems, websites, layouts and other design elements. If you have any motion experience you can use it here, or you can learn it here. In fact, here you will have the space to develop your own interests in brand expression. The agency doesn’t pitch, the projects are long term and you can settle in and build your skills out.
You’ll have:
- The chance to have huge ownership of the outcomes of your work.
- The chance to find your own niche.
- Attention to detail by the spade.
- The full Adobe CS suite at your disposal and the chance to get training in any new tools. You can bring Figma or learn it there.
- The chance to develop a high quality brand conversation, to get you to the top of your game and develop your career.
- Around 3 years + experience but a quality folio, ambition and articulation is more important than anything else.
You’ll be:
- Thoughtful, considered, meticulous. You back up your design decisions.
- Someone who is passionate about typography and their craft but also welcomes input from experienced seniors.
- A key member of a small, highly intelligent team.
- Having meaningful design conversations with the Creative Director.
- Someone who wants to bring rigour and thoughtfulness to how make a brand happen in an organisation.
- Bringing creativity to toolkits and systems.
- Comfortable with and keen to learn new technology.
