The chance to build on a strong start in the creative industry, deepen and broaden your skill set in a well-established B2B independent design agency.

You will have spent 2 or 3 years since you graduated, developing as a solid generalist graphic designer. You’re ready for a step up.

The agency works with a lot of content and messaging and they will value you as someone who can suggest different ways to tell a story. Typical work for the agency includes business communications: reports, websites, campaigns, identities, and other brand communications that include a growing amount of motion graphics work. The agency is currently opening their clients' eyes to the possibilities of telling stories in more fragmented and interesting ways that get attention from different audiences who look at messages in different places. It’s an exciting time.

You’ll have a folio that shows a variety of beautiful graphic design work that includes layout, some editorial, identity or campaign/brand communications. Any moving image experience, however limited, would be fantastic.

A good understanding of layout, grids, and typography is essential, but you should also be really interested in how you can practically animate your ideas and bring movement to your conceptual thinking. Some understanding of After Effects (2D/3D) would be beneficial, and you would love to develop in this area. You will be fully supported by the Creative Director and other seniors to do this. Your new ideas will be embraced.

The chance to work with and learn from a small team of super experienced typographers and craft-focused designers, as well as really strategic thinkers in the broader team.

  • 4+ years design experience
  • Strong organisation and communication skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Adobe CS, After Effects, and Figma ideally

You’ll be:

  • Perhaps someone who has started off in graphic design but sees your future career in more motion work and wants a safe and encouraging place to learn this
  • Or someone who loves variety and enjoys a mix of graphic and motion
  • A veritable sponge for learning and soaking up new ways to do things and tell business stories
  • Really keen to get noticed for your work and progress
  • Happy to go into a lovely studio (3 days per week) and learn from others

Please attach CV and Portfolio/Link to website (for design roles). Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK.
