- You have a really good nose for which channels: what, where, how and when. You love using tools to deploy and then assess effectiveness, iterate and go again.
- Working very closely with a senior team, to get the right stories told in the right way. Everyone will have your back but they are busy, so they need you to push things through and make good calls as and when.
You’ll have:
- An appetite to work in a progressive B2B branding agency and meet the high energy level and ‘make it happen’ attitude of the people in the business.
- Solid experience of marketing a B2B brand or creative agency (5+ years).

You’ll be:
- Delighted to remain hands-on and go from thinking big to executing the particulars.
- Very interested in using AI tools to support your great judgement; always led by you and never deferring to tech.
- Good at writing and editing.
