You’ll have:

  • Experience of managing a variety of b2b creative projects. Managing tech creative content would give you an advantage, but variety and b2b is more important.
  • Great people skills. You like the cadence and challenge of managing different types of creative projects at once, with the different personalities involved.
  • Some experience dealing with clients and are keen to sharpen these skills.
  • Great attention to detail.

You’ll be:

  • Someone who loves to get your arms around a project and keep momentum up.
  • A really likeable communicator during the whole life of a project, from brief to launch.
  • Someone who brings good feelings to the team and the process.
  • Savvy enough to identify and deal with brief changes or scope creep and can handle these issues while keeping colleagues on side, with the same goal in sight.

While this agency has a very flexible model for in‑studio days, we are looking for candidates who like to feel close to their team and are happy to build their week around 2 days a week in the London office. It’s all about what your project and people need.
