A growing and successful digital media agency is looking for a commercially-minded and highly creative Midweight Designer to join its evolving in-house creative studio. This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of an ambitious business that is in the process of repositioning itself.

The agency uses behavioural, geo-contextual, and real-time data to place brands in the right moments of activation, with new proprietary software launching soon. The business is pushing boundaries in audience targeting, making advertising smarter, more respectful of privacy, and better suited to mindset and context.

The creative studio is small but growing, with the ambition that it will own a bigger creative role in supporting both client campaigns and the company’s own branding evolution. The creative team wears many hats; from refreshing brand materials and websites to shaping high-performing ad creative, the team thrives on entrepreneurial energy and a shared curiosity for where tech and creativity meet. They’re ready for someone new to help push them further and to bring fresh aesthetic taste, storytelling skills, and confidence in their own ideas.

The agency is B Corp-certified, works in a hybrid way, and is very proud to have a great working culture.

You’ll be:

  • Developing and delivering creative across digital display, DOOH, CTV, audio, and social.
  • Supporting the agency’s own brand and communications through design, storytelling, and evolving digital experiences.
  • Managing your own projects from concept to completion.
  • Helping to shape and refine the agency’s own brand presence, both visually and strategically, as it enters a new phase of growth.
  • Using, or learning to use emerging AI tools to improve workflows and creative potential.

You’ll have:

  • Ideally 2-4 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, digital-first environment.
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) & Figma.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and web/ad design best practice.
  • A curiosity for AI tools like Firefly, RunwayML, or similar.
  • Motion/video skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) also a plus.
  • A good eye for layout, type, storytelling, and brand identity.
  • A passion for copywriting.
  • Confidence in sharing ideas and taking initiative on briefs.
  • Excellent time management and organisational ability.

Please attach your CV and portfolio (or link to your website) with your application. Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK.
