We are looking for a Freelance Designer who is highly experienced in Performance Marketing Design to work on a new global eSIM brand – developing and iterating their early digital marketing campaigns. You will be working for a friendly, busy studio based in Battersea.
You will be working alongside a freelance performance writer for an initial sprint of 4-6 weeks - with the potential for the booking to be extended. Together you will be designing and producing conversion‑led creative built for paid media at scale; with brand storytelling baked in.
You’ll be joining the team at a pivotal build stage; helping shape a modular, scalable creative system that iterates fast. This is performance‑first thinking: paid social creative designed to convert, tested rigorously, and optimised continuously.
You’ll be:
- Leading paid social creative across Meta & Google
- Creating motion‑led, hook‑driven short‑form ads
- Building modular systems that can be localised globally
- Iterating rapidly based on live performance data
You’ll have:
- 3+ years’ experience in paid social or DTC performance
- Adobe CS & strong After Effects capability
- Experience producing high volumes of ad variants
- Solid understanding of CTR, CAC, hook testing & fatigue cycles
- A portfolio that shows real performance work (not just brand campaigns)
It would be a bonus if you have UGC‑style editing experience, travel, fintech or app category experience.
Please send a CV, work samples and desired day rate to Applicants must be living in and have the right to work in the UK.
