Understand the Brand's Essence

Before the interview, research the studio and its past projects. Understand their approach to brand experience and be ready to discuss how you can contribute to their vision. Showing that you grasp their ethos will set you apart from other candidates.

Prepare for Conceptual Thinking

Be ready to discuss your thought process behind your designs. The studio values conceptual thinking, so think about how you can articulate your ideas on translating brand strategies into immersive experiences. Practice explaining your design choices in a way that connects with sensory elements.

Collaborative Mindset

Since the role involves working with cross-disciplinary teams, be prepared to talk about your collaborative experiences. Share examples of how you've successfully worked with strategists, technologists, or other creatives to bring a project to life. Highlighting your teamwork skills will show you're a great fit for their multidisciplinary environment.
